4. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that fitness, exercise, and nutrition involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages arising from your participation.

You agree to listen to your body and stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or concern.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payments must be made in full before services are delivered unless otherwise stated.
• All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Consultation rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be forfeited without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and materials—is the property of Live Alpha Consulting and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

8. Limitation of Liability
